Kelli Crosby PT, COMPT
Kelli Crosby grew up in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended both the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and the University of North Florida. She graduated with honors in 1999, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. In 2000 she moved to Colorado Springs, and has been working in a private practice setting since then. She completed advanced specialty certification in orthopedic manipulative therapy in 2006, through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. She completed her trigger point dry needling certification with GEMt in 2010. Kelli continually strives to find the right combination of intervention and treatment to effectively address pain and dysfunction with each patient.
Kelli believes that physical therapy concepts can help anyone learn to manage, eliminate and prevent pain. Kelli’s book, How to Think Like a Physical Therapist, in your everyday life, outlines many of the simple concepts she teaches her patients. Outside the clinic, Kelli enjoys promoting her philosophy by speaking at community and corporate wellness events. In her free time Kelli and her husband enjoy traveling, hiking, horseback riding, snow skiing, gardening and their dog Tanner.

Kelly Haddock PT, COMT, ATC
Kelly graduated with honors from the University of North Florida with degrees in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training in 1999, Physical Therapy (bachelors) in 2001 and (master’s) in 2002. She furthered her studies, completing her certifications in manual physical therapy in 2006 and spinal manipulation in 2007. In 2010 she completed her trigger point dry needling certification. Far less than 1% of all therapists in the country have her same credentials. She was published in the Journal of Athletic Training for her research on ankle taping.
Kelly has recently worked as a volunteer for Wild Forever, a local wild life rescue and rehabilitation company. She has also volunteered with Indigo Mountain, a local wolf rescue and rehabilitation company. She takes pride in helping not only her human neighbors, but also her animal friends, enjoy their lives.

Kevin Haddock PT, COMT, ATC
Kevin grew up in a small town in north eastern Florida. He attended the University of North Florida where he obtained a bachelors degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training in 1999. He continued his education, graduating with honors in both his second bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 and 2002. He has completed all levels of manual and manipulative therapy training through the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy. He earned distinction status at the highest levels of manual and manipulative testing. He is trained in trigger point dry needling throught GEMt. Kevin has worked with the United States Olympic Training center for the last 4 years as an athletic trainer and off site physical therapist for professional and pre-professional athletes. He has assisted in lectures and seminars for aspiring manual therapists. He has also been published in the Journal of Athletic Training for his work with sports specific ankle taping.
Kevin enjoys spending time hiking in the beautiful Colorado mountains with his wife Kelly and dogs Bart and Lily. He has climbed 15 of Colorado’s highest peaks and looks forward to bagging them all. Winter sports are always at the top of his recreational activities list, but none more than skiing.

Taresa Kenens PT, CMPT
Taresa has lived in many different places but calls Colorado her home. She attended Walla Walla University and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish. She furthered her education at Andrew’s University, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. After graduating in 1999 she moved back to Colorado and has been working as an outpatient physical therapist. Taresa has enjoyed working primarily with the orthopaedic population, but has also specialized in treating women’s health pathologies including pelvic floor dysfunctions. She is certified as a manual physical therapist through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy. Taresa feels that in addition to evaluating and treating the patient’s musculoskeletal dysfunction it is her job to educate and motivate the patient in self management and prevention of further injuries.
In her spare time Taresa enjoys the outdoors of Colorado with her husband Frank. Some of these activities include hiking, camping, snow skiing and photography, as well as traveling. She loves Colorado and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.

Erica Freeman DPT, ATC
Erica is originally from Harrington, Delaware. She graduated with honors from West Virginia University with a bachelors of science degree in Athletic Training in 2007. She has worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer at the high school, collegiate, and semi-professional level. She continued her education at the University of Indianapolis completing her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. Erica’s love for manual therapy led her to complete an internship in New Zealand during her doctorate studies to further develop her manual and manipulative therapy skills, and was trained in trigger point dry needling through GEMt.
Erica is new to Colorado and enjoys running, hiking, and traveling. She looks forward to taking in all the activities the beautiful Colorado area has to offer. She is excited to join the team at Synergy Manual Physical Therapy and further her career in physical therapy.
